Our client who is seeking an experienced FCL cartage coordinator to join their Sydney Operations team.
The candidate must come from a transport / cartage coordinator role previoulsy and be able to work independently.
Your duties will consist of but not be limited to:
- Monitoring cargo availability with terminals and CFS
- Monitoring SCA status's
- Booking and monitoring Quarantine Inspections
- Arranging pick ups and deliveries
- Keeping the customer updated at all times regarding their deliveries
- Advising the customer of any delays
- Providing POD's as requested
- System Maintenance
- General customer service
- Any other duties as set out by management

- Been in a similar role previously before

- Able to work with minimal supervision
