Our client is a large Multinational Freight forwarder, currently a vacancy exists for an experienced Freight Forwarding Customer Service specialist to join the Sydney Customer Service department.

Job Requirement -
  • Responding to incoming customer queries
  • Monitoring the performance of Consolidators and Carriers against service level agreements
  • Managing, and influencing where possible, customer specific requirements on orders
  • Identifying, supporting and/or implementing continual improvement initiatives as required (e.g. data quality, response times, customer satisfaction results)
  • Proactively monitoring customer activity by providing accurate and timely status reporting
  • Negotiating rates for a competitive market
  • Running Reports
  • Liaising with agents/Suppliers Airlines, Carriers and Forwarders on a daily basis.
  • E-mail Communications
