Our long established client’s provide extended service plans to end users of consumer products. Due to recent expansion they are currently seeking a number of exceptional Customer Service Professionals who are enthusiastic and self-motivated to join their Call Centre Team. 

 

 Successful candidates will work amongst a team of customer service professionals who thrive on delighting customers, and will receive excellent training and development programs to help you succeed and build your career.

 

In this role you will be:

 

·          lodging and assessing warranty claims calls from consumers,

·          delivering  end to end customer resolutions,

·          providing exceptional customer services

·          completing necessary administration and data entry.

 

To be successful in this role you will:

 

·          Have previous experience in either a Call Centre or  Retail Customer Service . 

·           You will possess sound computer skills including data entry experience.

·          Be DILIGENT

·          Be RELIABLE

·          Be looking for a CAREER not just a job.

·          Have exceptional COMMUNICATION skills.

·          Be available for rotating shifts Monday – Friday  (8-8) and Public Holidays when required.
