Our client located in Canning Vale is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager. Start ASAP in this temporary assignment that is ongoing for 2 to 4 weeks initially.
To be considered for this role you will need to meet the below requirements:
- Commercial property management experience in industrial and retail
- Ability to read, understand and interpret leases
- Sound knowledge of the Commercial Tenancies Act
- Ability to undertake rent reviews and renewals
- General administration of leases, rents, outgoings
- Broad leasing knowledge and experience
- Sound communications skills and experience liaising with tenants
- Strong MS Outlook/Word/Excel skills essential
