The Role:
- Providing accurate customer service and a high level of administrative support
- Maintaining precise customer records and follow up
- conduct customer consultations and examinations
- Scheduling of future appointments
- Receipt of customer payments
- Process customer claims and documentation
- Monitor, order and process and customer follow up
- Receipt, Preparation and fitting of company products
Necessary Attributes
- Strong customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Skills
- Friendly / bubbly personality
