The Role:

• Providing accurate customer service and a high level of administrative support
• Maintaining precise customer records and follow up
• conduct customer consultations and examinations
• Scheduling of future appointments
• Receipt of customer payments
• Process customer claims and documentation
• Monitor, order and process and customer follow up
• Receipt, Preparation and fitting of company products

Necessary Attributes

• Strong customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Skills
• Friendly / bubbly personality
