The primary function of this role is to provide support to customers Australia wide through handling incoming customer enquiries and warranty claims.
The key to this role to firstly assess the claims to ensure they are actually warranty issues then process them in a timely manner.
The role will require you to continually seek to provide an efficient and accurate resolution whilst giving consideration to financial implications to the customer. It will also require input into ongoing procedural improvements and system development.
To be successful in this position the applicant will have retail or wholesale experience, preferably in the automotive industry. Although a global electronic system is used to manage and track claims, email and phone play a major part in communicating. As such outstanding communication skills will greatly assist in your application. Knowledge of warranty process from start to finish using processing systems will also be a benefit.
