IT Training Consultant (M6)

If you have the demonstrated background to deliver world class IT training in a classroom or workshop setting this one is for you!

You will be responsible for:

• Delivering IT systems training to new & existing staff
• Review, maintain, improve and where necessary develop training resources
• Design & Deliver training sessions and/or workshops
• Maintain library of training manuals (electronic or paper based)
• Conduct training needs analysis to meet business requirements

IT systems used include (not limited to) PeopleSoft, SmarTeam, Cognos, HMS, Microsoft Office 7/10 - prior experience delivering training for these systems will be held in high regard.

You will possess the relevant tertiary qualification, demonstrated ability to effectively deliver hands on training/workshops and experience in curriculum design. You are also required to have experience in technical user documentation writing and conducting training needs analysis.
