Senior Organisational Change Manager - Organisation Design (S19)
Our client, a leading Global Property Group, is currently undergoing an organization wide Business Transformation program aimed at delivering sustainable efficiency and effectiveness improvements across the Group. To ensure the successful delivery of this Program, the organization is looking to engage an Organisational Change Manager to aid in the delivery of the Finance Transformation component of the initiative.
Key Accountabilities:
Organisation design and workforce transition
- Organisation design strategy, principles and methodology in line with Lend Lease's broader transformation and organisation, career and job framework design approach
- Organisation design for future state finance function across Group, region and businesses
- Workforce transition strategy, principles and approach
- I ndividual roles and responsibilities, job description
- Embedment of the new organisation and workforce
Capability Development
- Capability development strategy, principles and methodology
- Assessment of current organisation capabilities and gaps against future requirements
Change management and Communications
- Development of change management strategy in line with the broader transformation and change management approach
- Assessment of readiness and impact of change
- Development of approach and tools for business and functional leaders to lead the change process
- Execution of change management activities including stakeholder management, impact assessment
