Help Desk/Service Desk technical consultant level 1/2 (S27)

Our client an established, but very dynamic technology origination requires a Help Desk/Service Desk analyst to join their growing high-performing organisation.  They are recognised for support and training of their staff as well as the creation of a superb work environment.

You will be responsible for taking level 1 and 2 support requests as well as the onsite support and service of their clients. You will also be responsible for conducting location based assignments for some of the customer base.

About you:-

You should have 2+ years experience in SME environment supporting a range of technology, including Servers, Networks, Workstations, and printers and bespoke hard and software.

Experience with:-

         Helpdesk/Service desk environment
         Microsoft applications
         Virtual domains - VMware, Citrix or Microsoft
         Ability to support MS related products, ie SharePoint, SQL, MS Exchange or Windows Server
         Knowledge of telecom applications
         Ability to work to SLA's
         At least one cert. in MCP, MCSA, MCSE, CCEA, CCIA or VMware

Excellent communication skills are essential for this role as you will be collaborating across various teams and clients over the phone and in person.
