Voice Engineer (S39)

My client has a requirement to join their Network and Voice Services Team as Voice Engineer

You will be responsible for maintaining the operational effectiveness of Voice Network (VoIP) and Call Centre technology infrastructure

Key Requirements:

• Experience in planning, implementation and support of Voice and telecommunication infrastructure in a medium to large enterprise environment
• Experience with NORTEL/Avaya VoIP
• Experience CS1000, Callpilot, CC6, NMC, AMS
• Experience in engaging with Telecommunications voice vendors supplying technical support and procurement of voice products and associated services
• Experience in writing user and technical documentation in Voice network schematics, diagrams and operating procedures
• Broad knowledge of Telco services and products
• Practical experience in cable management
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and MS Office suite products in particular Office Communicator Server and the integration with the Voice systems
• Good working knowledge of the ITIL process
