Graphic Designer / PA- 4 days Part-time, 4-6mth contract

Our client is an industry leader in the seafood industry, possessing over 30 years of experience. They are also 100% Australian owned and operate out of their Girraween showroom.

We are currently in search of a talented Graphic Designer to add to their team for contract term of 4-6 months whilst an existing staff member takes a career break. Operating between the hours of 9AM - 3PM, 4 days per week this position offers excellent work/life balance and the opportunity to work alongside a terrific family team.

The role:

The role is essentially a combination of PA duties and Graphic Designing. Predominantly you will be designing packaging for new and existing products, formatting of forms, business cards, reports and logos using Mac systems. You will also be responsible for assisting the Director with all administrative tasks including booking flights, updating of reports and scheduling.

What are we looking for from YOU?

• A keen eye for detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Tertiary qualifications in graphic design
• Advanced level of experience with Creative Suite (Mac), Adobe Suite, In design, Illustrator, Photoshop and MS Word/Excel
• Preparation of final artwork to print
• Proficient in both PC and Mac systems
