Instantly recognised market leader located on the outskirts of Regents Park is in urgent need of an experienced, committed and technically minded Customer Service Representative to join a team due to internal movement.

Reporting into the Customer Service Manager you will be responsible for actioning customer calls and queries, processing warranty claims, following up on purchase orders, providing feedback on stock shortages, liaising with internal departments in relation to customer orders, updating customer details on the database and other adhoc tasks as directed.

To be considered for this opportunity you MUST display a solid and stable background within a similar Customer Service role, be technically minded, have exposure to warranties, be able to communicate effectively with various external and internal stakeholders, have the ability to pick up products quickly and thrive on being busy. SAP is preferred.
