Their environment is tight and adaptable but will require much more than the standard 9-5pm remit required by others.

To be considered for this great role you will need all or most of the following:

• 3-5 years experience with Resource/Scheduling, administrative and/or project management experience and/or understanding of service delivery in IT Services. Experience in billing of customers and/or understanding of fundamentals of this process.
• Knowledge of effective resource management processes
  Relationship management skills and customer focus
• Project Management
• Strong planning, analysis and communication skills
• Ability to persuade, negotiate and influence outcomes
• Excellent administrative skills coupled with a general understanding of project management
• Ability to work according to strict deadlines and manage various demands
• Ability to problem solve, Accuracy, attention to detail and highly organised
• Ability to prioritise and use initiative
• Results and outcome focused.
• Strong team player
• Fully competent in MS Office Suite of products
