Service Manager - Large Organisation - Permanent
Our large Client is seeking an experienced Service Manager for a permanent opportunity.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing various roles with in the ITIL v3 framework such as incident and problem lead, change manager, and configuration manager;
- Meet project deliverables;
- Provide advice on service management;
- Monitor and report the support service provided; and
- Prioritise level 2/3 support tasks.
Skills Required:
- 10+ years experience in ICT Projects;
- Experience in a Service Manager position or similar;
- Knowledge of systems and software engineering life cycle;
- Experience in the management of teams in support type positions such as service desk, help desk;
- Experience in delivery ITIL v3; and
- A current Government Security Clearance is required.
In order to be eligible for this position, candidates must have an active security clearance, or be eligible to obtain one; therefore candidates will need to be Australian Citizens.
