Entry level IT position (map out your future career path) (S27)
Are you an enthusiastic resent graduate or have you just completed an IT certification at TAFE? My client is looking for a candidate who can grow within their team and become an integral part of the organisation.
You will have.
A good general understanding of IT (networking and development)
Either a recent Grad or have completed a TAFE technology certification.
Strong communication skills with a good telephone manner are essential
The ability to spend four weeks in the UK for induction training
Desire to learn and grow
Ability to work autonomously with in a small team
A great personality and sense of humour !
Initially your role will be working very closely with Australian based customers to manage and log any development support issues and then to escalate them to an offshore development/support team. Your ability to deal with and manage customers effectively and effectively is paramount, as well as the ability to build up relationships with key contacts within the organisation.
