With recent internal restructures this company are now looking to invest in a Senior Estimator to manage their experienced estimating team.

As an experienced Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for costing projects across institutional, commercial, government and some industrial projects usually in excess of $70M. On occasion there will be opportunities to cost projects that are with preferred clients, and the work that comes online here is always interesting, challenging and complex.

In order to be successful in this role you will need to have experience as a Senior Estimator within the commercial building industry. You will need to have a high success ratio and ideally you will be qualified in a building related discipline, as well as have some QS experience.

This company are aware of the challenges in finding good estimators, however they are really looking for someone who is going to be a long-term option for the company and therefore you must be the right fit for them.
