Team Leader - Helpdesk

This is a rare opportunity to join a cutting-edge company as a Team Leader for the retail helpdesk. The position requires a hard-working, dedicated leader to provide clear direction and vision to a dynamic technical helpdesk team. Position Responsibilities:- Involvement in business strategies for improving the performance and service delivery of the Help Desk
- Review customer service delivery and develop key strategies to improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal business teams on effectiveness of Help Desk's operating systems and procedures
- Provide technical troubleshooting support
- Provide daily work schedules and review rosters based on work flow & volume analysis
- Set team KPI's in line with business goals
- Performance management, individual coaching and documentation of development plans
- Identify staff training needs, including the provision of training on new services and products.
- Demonstrate a sound knowledge of switch platforms, communication platforms and ATM hardware/software
- Assist with migration and implementation of ATM project/s into Help Desk
Essential Skills:
- Knowledge of ATM software & hardware
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in coaching, developing and mentoring staff
- Client presentation skills
- Previous Team Leader experience
- Technical comprehension and troubleshooting skills

Package:- $70,000 to $80,000 per annum
- 9% super
