Our Sydney CBD based client is looking for a customer focussed person to join their team, providing client support for software.

You will need the following:

• Previous experience supporting a software application in a Help Desk environment
• A good understanding of Network, Server and Desktop
• Microsoft Operating System
• SQL
• .Net
• Software development knowledge would be a bonus
