Channel Account Manager - Network Technology (Q7)

Our customer, a leading national distributor of networking technology is seeking an experienced dynamic Channel Account Manager to join their team in Brisbane.

This role will require you to engage with key reseller partners to provide ongoing sales advise and support around Networking Solutions such as Switching, Wireless and WAN Optimisation technologies.  In this role you will assist with the development and tracking of sales opportunities, provide sales and tender pricing guidance, develop strategic relationships and undertake sales training to key business partners as required.

To be considered for this role you will require the following skills:

  • Previous experience in a Channel Management role preferably within a Distributor or Networking Vendor.
  • Experience with Network technology such as Switching, Wireless and WAN Optimisation technologies.
  • Proven experience meeting sales targets and providing accurate and timely forecasts.
  • Ability to identifying new business working with channel partners..
  • Be self motivated, driven and have the ability to work independently.
  • Good presentation skills and ability to provide training on key technologies.
  • Good customer engagement skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Good time management and ability to prioritize workloads.
