Project Co-ordinator Property & Leasing Telco

Our top tier Telecommunications Client is currently in need of an experience Property and leasing Project Coordinator to join their team on an initial 6 month contract.

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for negotiating and securing tenure at existing operational sites and resolving property issues with landowners which prevent the client from obtaining executed lease documents. You will also manage the renegotiation of expiring leases, ensuring the client has ongoing tenure for required existing sites.

Essential Skills and Experience -

• Strong experience in a corporate property management and/or commercial lease negotiation role
• Negotiation skills
• Understanding of complex lease document terms and conditions
• Analytical skills
• Experience in a similar Telco role
• Experience in the negotiation of leases for a utility
