<p><b>PERMANENT DISTRIBUTION SUPERVISOR ROLE</b></p><p><b>NATIONAL ENTITY</b></p><p><b>MANUFACTURER AND DISTRIBUTOR OF CIVIL, MINING AND INFRASTRUCTURE PRODUCTS</b></p><p><b></b></p><p>Due to Internal Promotion and Infrastructure Demands throughout Queensland, this National Manufacturer is requiring a skilled Distribution Supervisor to ensure Distribution requirements are met and exceeded throughout the business.</p><p /><p>Candidates with current, Distribution Supervisory experience, within a high demand manufacturing environment will be highly regarded. Opportunity to utilise your strong staff supervisory and development/training skills, in a corporate fast paced energetic environment.</p><p /><p><b>Demonstrated skills required:</b></p><ul><li>Supervision of a distribution site 30+ employees</li><li>Development and training staff</li><li>Ability to ensure correct procedures are carried out</li><li>Ability to coordinate delivery routes inter and intrastate</li><li>Demonstrated skills in managing transport operators</li><li>Extensive knowledge of Distribution Operations</li><li>Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects</li><li>Ensure all compliance and OH&amp;S standards are adhered to</li></ul><p>This organisation values their staff and rewards for effort, they have a strong customer and staff focus.
