One of Australia's leading civil contracting companies is currently enjoying massive growth and specialises in roads, infrastructure, drainage, earthworks and subdivisional projects.  Due to securing a major LNG project our client is now looking appoint a number of Logistics specialists to be based in Gladstone or FIFO from Brisbane. 
 
The key responsibility for this role will be the coordination of products and materials to and from site, which will include communicating with internal and external clients on delivery times.
 
Key to your success in this role will be your ability to multitask and prioritize your workload to ensure maximum efficiency within company's distribution network.
 
To be considered for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate:
 
Exceptional time management and organisational skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise and negotiate at all levels of business
Overriding commitment to safety
Keen eye for detail
Proven experience within time critical logistics environment
High customer focus
Strong computer literacy
 
Exposure to the Civil Construction industry would be seen as an advantage, but candidates with a strong background in Transport and Distribution would also be viewed favourably.
