Talented Program Manager with E-Business Applications experience required for a highly regarded organisation to work as part of a professional technical team team which will see you working on a range of IT projects. To be successful in this Programme Manager role you will have a strong background in managing large programs of work particularly in large complex organisations with strong exposure to E-Business Applications.

 

As  E-Business/Applications Program Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of the following:
• Overall management and co-ordination of a program of  E-business projects
• Manage the dependencies and the interfaces between projects
• Implement program and project governance arrangements
• Drive and develop program strategy
• Responsibility to achieve overall program strategy
• Budgetary control of the IT program of projects
• Monitor, and respond to, issues at the project and program level as needed
• Escalate decisions to sponsor and/or Program Advisory Board as necessary
• Monitor and report on program performance against the program strategy
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, with respect to Program delivery
• Assessment of project and program resource requirements
• Control of documentation quality including program health checks when needed
• Benefits monitoring and advice at the program level
• Provide input into individual project content and provide advice and mentoring as required
• Reporting to the Project Services Portfolio Manager as required
