The role will require strong leadership of a sales team where you will coach, inspire and develop those around you. Instilling standards of excellence in a busy sales environment across a broad product range will draw on your retail expertise and people skills. With a focus on retail KPI's including sales, profits, shrinkage, and wages - you will be responsible for all aspects of "on floor" activity.
Although this is a hands-on, lead from the front type role, your success will depend heavily on your people and leadership skills.
