As part of their growth, a new position has been made available for an experienced Solutions Program Manager to join a fantastic team and deliver brilliant results. In this role you will be managing a team of Portfolio Managers that are delivering innovative software and solutions.

You responsibilities will include:

• Overall responsibility for road maps and commercialisation process to ensure needs of the market and customers are being met within the Software Solutions Portfolio.
• Manage the product development life cycle process, inclusive of people technology and meeting structure with full accountability for outcomes.
• Managing the Portfolio team in their engagement with stakeholders.
• Assist in the construction of business requirement documents and ensure effective translation to functional specifications within the development team.

To be successful in this role you will be required to have:

• 10 Years experience with deep software portfolio management expertise.
• Proven management experience in software product management across complex environments.
• A deep understanding of trends, within electronic document management, workflow and forms management, imaging, cost management, cloud services and document intensive business processes.
• You must be results driven have outstanding business acumen.
• Strong stakeholder engagement experience.
