Our client is currently looking to improve their Information and Knowledge Management capabilities by strengthening their IM team. They are now looking for an experienced Information Management Specialist with previous team leadership exposure to join this team.
In this role you would be responsible for determining the Information needs of the business and work with technology teams in order to deliver robust, flexible and compliant solutions in response to these needs. You will also hold line management responsibility for a team of two.
To be considered for this niche but important role you should have :-
- 8- 10 years experience in Information Management/Knowledge Management roles
- 5+ years experience with EDMS systems from a business perspective
- Demonstrated business focus - experience in working closely with business units to determine their needs and ability to deliver to those needs
- Previous line management experience including development of PDP's etc
- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills are a must for this role
