Voice Analyst
Working for one of the biggest and best banks in the world, your telecommunications expertise will see you performing the following duties:
- Moves, Adds & Changes provisioning.
- 1st and 2nd level support for Avaya PABX, Audix, CMS and NICE voice recorders.
- 1st level support for Phoneware CADS, ADTEC voice bridge, Speakerbus and Davox auto diallers.
- Assisting Communications Manager with the day-to-day running of the Avaya Voice infrastructure for Australia and New Zealand.
- Assisting Communications Manager with the day-to-day running of the Nicelog Voice Recorders infrastructure for Australia and New Zealand.
- Resolving technical issues encountered within the environment in line with the continuity of standards.
- Liaising with Vendor Engineers as required.
- Participation in Voice engineering projects.
- Technical documentation of Voice engineering projects.
- Recommendation of solutions to Business Unit initiative.
- Performing regular performance reporting as required.
Required qualifications & experience:
- Appropriate vendor training
- Telecommunications (Austel) Cabling Licence
- Previous experience with Avaya PABX, Audix, CMS, and Nicelog Voice Recorders
Highly desirable
- Experience with Avaya IVR (preferable)
- Experience with Cisco Call Manager (optional)
