In this newly created role, you shall develop a culture of excellence within the customer service team to ensure the successful execution of the other management process in the following areas:-
- Expedite key orders and act as the conduit between purchasing, planning and the sales team
- Perform the Export Order entry and updates
- Confirm Export order fulfilment capability, review component availability and advise purchasing of issues, process customer orders including dispatch date and special requirements, forward order confirmation
- Ensure all sales orders are entered into AX system correctly
- Monitor back orders and provide the customers daily order updates when required
- General enquires on stock availability
- Supervise sales representative support and enquiries
- Supervise reception activities
- Drive AX improvements within the CS team
- Continual improvement of staff through development of the skills matrix
Authorities:-
- Receive and process customer orders
- Review and release 100% OF SALES ORDERS
Skills:-
- Knowledge of AX or ERP system
- Good proven customer service skills
- Product knowledge
- Microsoft Office
- Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot tables/v look ups)
- Leadership and problem solving skills
