Customer Service Claims Officer

A number of career opportunities within this growing company are available in a close team in the Crows Nest area. Due to continued growth and expansion, several roles are available for a dynamic customer service focused individual to join the claims team.

Responsibilities:

• Discussing sensitive situations, such as motor vehicle accidents, with clients, insurance companies and work providers.
• Claims processing and assessment.
• Maintaining strong relationships with all work providers such as claims companies, insurance company, repairers and solicitors.
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
• General administration duties.

Core competencies required:

• Demonstrated previous customer service experience. Prior insurance or claims experience would be highly regarded
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure
