A fantastic opportunity for a experienced Avaya / Genesys Engineer to work for a successful IT Consultancy within the Technical Support team.
Multiple roles available starting immediately.
Key responsibilities:-
Attend to client requests logged by phone, web and/or E mail.
Carry out troubleshooting for any faults logged by the customers..
Liaise with Avaya or any other vendor for escalations.
Participate in the after hours support
Skill skills:-
Minimum 4 years of maintenance and troubleshooting experience on Avaya and Genesys systems.
