Operations Consultant Afternoon shift

Our candidates and clients rely on us 24 hours per day, seven days a week, and we have a central After Hours operation to make this possible. That way, for example, if a client needs extra staff at midnight, or a candidate is unable to attend a rostered shift at 2am, we are available to take the call and solve it!
As a part of our National After Hours operation, you will:
- Address the needs of our temps, contractors, candidates and clients
- Receive new orders and urgent staffing requests from clients
- Source replacement staff to cover sickness or absenteeism
- Search our database for skilled, suitable and available candidates
- Arrange for selected candidates to be placed on work assignments
There will be times where we call upon the successful candidate to work a shift outside of these ours. Some shifts work into the early hours of the morning may be required where the shift could finish at 4am. In addition to this, there will be times where a weekend shift is made available and it would suit a candidate with some flexibility over a weekend.
