Service Desk Analyst x 3
We have 3 newly created opportunities for talented Service Desk Analysts to drive a new service culture through our newly created Service Centre. Based in North Sydney and reporting to the Service Desk Manager, the Service Centre will provide specialist technical support to the business nationally and around the clock. It represents a paradigm shift for Chandler Macleod as we move to take control of our IT support service and deliver an enhanced service to our people.
We are looking for IT savvy, customer champions who are eager to bring their demonstrated technical IT capability and problem solving ability. Your work day will see you providing key First and Second level support to our business across a variety of IT and technical issues. You will bring us a thirst to continually learn and an exceptional customer service ethos.
To be successful, you will possess:
- Strong communication skills with a passion for customer service;
- Solid experience in a similar environment;
- Experience in supporting IT Applications (Windows XP, Windows 7, MS Office 2003 and 2010) and IT Infrastructure (LAN, WAN);
- Experience with Desktop, Laptop, TCD, Citrix, VM Ware, Active Directory, Blackberry, Microsoft CCRM;
- ITIL Certification would be ideal as would hands on exposure to maintaining an SOE.
