Reporting to a Customer Service Team Leader, this is an exceptional opportunity to join an industry leader based in the surrounds of North Ryde. This dynamic and rapidly growing company, will be a great opportunity for you to develop your exisitng skills.

With a background in customer care, relationship management ideally in the healthcare or pharmaceutical arena, you shall be responsible for:-

• Data entry of sales orders
• Exploring sales opportunities via incoming calls
• Providing advice and information regarding products and service delivery
• Track, manage and report on orders put through the system
• Meeting team and individual KPI's based on performance
• Maintaining data integrity

To be successful in attaining this role you shall have:-

• Strong oral and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• The ability to work to a deadline
• Great conflict resolution skills
• Experience using a large ERP such as SAP, JDEdwards or Oracle
