The Role
The Training Performance Consultant role will require you to work closely with the Call Centre Manager, focusing on the initial training, ongoing coaching and the staff development of multiple fundraising teams and Team Leader's in order to reach and exceed company goals.

You will be working in a fast paced environment and the role will require someone who is extremely organised and can prioritise workload to effectively complete tasks required on a day to day basis.

You will be required to work with your team members with a 'hands on' mentality, be reactive at the frontline and assess individuals that need further coaching - leading them by example and showing them how it's done.
