Skills Required: 

• Previous experience working in Level 2 and Level 3 support roles is MANDATORY for this role. 
• Solid Windows desktop support skills.
• Must have proven Australian commercial experience within a large enterprise environment (500+ users)
• Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
