Chandler Macleod are a National and well recognised Recruitment Organisation. The Brisbane-based Business Support and Call Centre division are currently seeking Experienced Customer Service / Claims Officers to register for upcoming opportunities within the Banking and Finance sector.

 

Successful applicants must demonstrate the following:

 

 

* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to communicate effectively over the phone

* Ability to liaise with customers in an empathetic manner whilst adhering to client policies and processes

* Previous experience liaising with both internal and external customers

* Previous processing/call centre experience

 

 

Although not essential, previous experience processing Insurance Claims will be highly desirable.
