You will be a key player in a fun and productive team playing an integral role in providing exceptional customer service.
Supporting all aspects of the sales and distribution process you will ensure continued customer satisfaction within the business Australia wide. Recognised as a market leader providing products and services to merchandise resellers and machinery dealers, you will play a key role in the order fulfillment process in this B2B customer service role.
Additionally you will be accountable for;
- Daily preparation and completion of sales orders, price and availability enquiries to ensure high level customer service
- Ensuring customers are always fully updated regarding product knowledge
- Offer technical thinking, problem solving & learning skills
You will possess the following skills & knowledge:
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills whilst building strong business relationships
- Intermediate Excel skills coupled with good knowledge of other MS package
- Excellent attention to detail and initiative
- Proven customer service experience
