Opportunity for a switched on online sub editor to join a dynamic team of entrepreneurial oriented team of copywriters, designers, and photographers on a high traffic daily deals website. This role is ideal for someone who has a real passion for the web and can look at the big picture whilst not missing out on all the fine print.

You role:

• Sub Edit every new daily deal to ensure that it is presented in the best possible light, images are of the highest quality and text is word perfect.
• Assess the layout of all daily deals, performing all quality assurance!

Required skills

• Experience working in an online environment and a real passion for it.
• Bachelor Degree in Communications preferable.
• Online production experience on a content heavy, high traffic site
• Fantastic attention to detail!
• Ability to look at the big picture and layout presentation of the pages to ensure they are as attention grabbing as possible.
• Proven sub-editing and writing skills for online media
• A portfolio displaying strong creative work with natural flair and style
• The desire to nitpick and agonise over deal titles and associated metadata to create maximum added value
• The desire to have your work delivered to the inbox of 600,000+ Australians every day!
