This role is in an outbound call centre environment where you would be a financial cousellor to existing credit card and personal loan customers to remind them of arrears on their lending facilities. This is a fantastic, long term temporary opportunity for you to exhibit your first class customer service skills and to gain some great experience!
Your duties will be to:
Provide a high level of case management support to people experiencing financial difficulty or hardship.
Plan and implement financial training packages
Ensure quality outcomes for people to enable them to become independent in their personal financial management.
We are seeking candidates with a compassionate and understanding attitude as you will be dealing with loyal customers who are experiencing financial hardship and are finding it difficult to repay monies owed on various lending products. As the perfect candidate you will have had previous experience in Financial Counselling: dealing with counsellors and customers in financial hardships. Ideally you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Exceptional customer service experience
- Financial counselling experience
- Working within a contact centre or collections environment
- Problem solving with customers
- Have a can do attitude
You will be able to communicate effectively with customers from a wide range of backgrounds, along with being reliable, punctual, intelligent, articulate and friendly!
You must be available to work Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
