Our global health provider Client seeks professional Customer Service Representatives to provide exceptional levels of customer service in an outbound sales orientated role to private health fund patients. You will be required to: - contact potential customers of a disease management program, provide an overview of the service and enrol customer in the program
- communicate to potential/existing customers in a persuasive, encouraging manner, highlighting benefits of the program
- respond to customers in a timely, customer focused manner - documenting details of the call accurately
- attend to administrative tasks in relation to program requirements
You will need to have: - high level customer service orientation
- experience in telephone sales techniques
- MS Office to Intermediate level
- Experience working in a corporate contact centre environment
- excellent verbal communication skills - clear speaking, enthusiastic
