One of Melbourne's most creative agencies is currently looking to appoint a Digital Account Director/ Strategist to drive digital across one of their high profile accounts. The full service communications agency have won a multitude of awards and are looking to bring on a high calibre individual with strong experience across digital campaigns. The role will have you working on truly integrated campaigns. You will be responsible for strategically leading and managing the activity across the digital channel for the brand, executing campaigns from brief to launch and managing your clients. We are looking for a shining star with an undying passion for digital. You will have a minimum of 5 years agency experience (min. 3 years digital). Websites, direct marketing, viral marketing campaigns, email marketing and banner advertising should be second nature to you, along with researching the target market, investigating online behaviour and presenting recommendations to your team. You will have experience pitching to new and existing clients although the main focus will be developing digital further across the existing account. You may also have team management experience. As Account Director you will be a driving force, championing innovation within the business while consistently educating key members of the business on new media developments.
